Darwin Fitness has offered personal training in Maitland FL since 2012. Our private gym was founded with specific philosophies:

- To reframe working out from “no pain, no gain” to an enjoyable habit
- As personal trainers specialized in youth fitness, to assist in helping kids and teens lose weight, create healthier habits or become successful young athletes
- To assist in preventing and rehabilitating golf, sports or other muscular injuries
- To help seniors stay independent, self-sufficient, and protect themselves against threatening health conditions.
