Discovering Brazilian jiu-jitsu was a life-changing journey that guided us through challenging times and brought us closer together. The profound physical and mental benefits of jiu-jitsu, combined with the supportive and vibrant community, became the foundation of our bond. In August 2023, our shared passion culminated in the union of two dedicated athletes, Sean and Lataya Mooney.

Fuelled by our love for jiu-jitsu and a desire to share its transformative power, we established our academy in Maple Ridge, our beloved home.
